A double storey back extenstion, full internal re design and refurbishment along with a new roof has completely transformed this home. With the plans involving twenty one steels this was by no means light work but the end result was worth the hard work.
Epping Green Project
Seeing this run down small 3 bed semi metamotphosis into the most beautiful 4 bedroom family home was so rewarding. No room was left untouched with a full rip out including floors, ceiling, bathrooms, kitchens. We then started from the ground up replacing the drains, building a 3 storey etension. We under took and certified all electrical, plumbing, gasworks.
Hertfordshire Project
